Mudlist is a task and reminder app published by Bent Nail Studio. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use the Android version of Mudlist.

Information We Collect

If you create an account or sign in, we process your email address and authentication information through Supabase so we can identify your account securely.

We store the content you choose to put into Mudlist, including tasks, reminders, rankings, and app settings. We also store certain data locally on your device so the app can work reliably and support offline use.

How We Use Information

We use this information to operate Mudlist, keep your account signed in, sync your data across devices, save your preferences, and deliver reminders you choose to enable.

Storage and Service Providers

Mudlist uses Supabase to provide authentication and cloud data storage. Information saved to your account may be stored on Supabase infrastructure on our behalf. Data cached on your device may remain available locally to support offline access and normal app performance.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for their own advertising purposes, and we do not use your task data to build marketing profiles about you.

Retention and Deletion

We keep account and app data for as long as it is needed to provide the service or until it is deleted. If you want your account and associated cloud data removed, contact us at contact@bentnail.studio.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards intended to protect your information. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and handle data responsibly.

Children's Privacy

Mudlist is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will review and address the issue.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the date above.
